LOCAL WINDSOR-ESSEX PICK UP: Local pick up is available at 319 St. John Street, Windsor, ON.
- Email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.
- If you prefer to meet curbside for contactless pick up, please text (519)-819-2247, or email alexiaabbruzzese@hotmail.com to arrange a time that mutually works.
WINDSOR-ESSEX DELIVERY: Free delivery (Monday through Friday) on orders greater than $75 within the Windsor-Essex area. Orders placed before 2pm on delivery will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 3pm and 8pm.
- $5 flat rate applies to orders under $75
- All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the late afternoon/early evening
- I am willing to arrange contactless delivery via e-transfer
OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE/REST OF CANADA: Orders placed by customers located outside of the Windsor-Essex delivery zone are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.
- Please note that Canada Post's delivery standard is 3 - 9 business days, but they report delays can occur.
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $5 on orders under 50 grams.
- Standard Shipping Rate of $14.90 is applied to orders that weigh 51 grams to 2 kg
- Standard Shipping Rate of $21.90 is applied to orders that weigh 2 kg to 30 kg.
U.S SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.
- Please note that Canada Post's delivery standard is 4 - 8 business days for Standard International Shipping, but they report that delays can occur.
- Standard International Shipping Rate of $7.90 on orders under 50 grams. (Approximately 4-8 business days).
- Standard International Shipping Rate of $19.90 on orders 50 grams to 1.5 kg (Approximately 4-8 business days).
- Standard International Shipping Rate of $29.90 on orders 1.5 kg to 30 kg. (Approximately 4-8 business days).
